At Stick Your Story, every photo magnet is made specially for you. Because our products are personalised and custom printed, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has placed and production has started.

Customised Products

All personalised photo magnets are created using the images you provide. For this reason, customised items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Incorrect Photos or Details

Please double check your uploaded photos and delivery address before submitting your order. We cannot offer refunds for mistakes made in customer submitted images or information.
